Can I change my schedule?
ONLY for the first 4 days of school, you will need to fill out the online schedule change form. The form will be available from August 5th through August 8th.

    conflicts with another course

    requirement.

  • Proper approval was not gained for your

    change request.

  • You will have a duplicate course/credit on

your transcript (i.e. you already have this

    credit or took the course).

  • You provided an illegitimate reason for the

change request - no teacher changes or

    elective changes.

I graduated last year and need my diploma:
Email Miriam Garcia (migarcia@sisd.net) and she will set up arrangements with the student.

I think I am in the wrong grade level:
It will be a few weeks. While students may have completed the hours before the LOC deadline, they may not have completed them before the official rollover. It is nobody's fault; it was done earlier than usual based on these extraordinary circumstances. However, when we review credits, counselors will have the opportunity to "promote" students via documentation. Student may also request a copy of transcripts to verify the number of credits matches the grade level.

Student must remain within their given cohort although they may have a surplus of credits. Below is a guide for credits and corresponding grade levels.

  • 9th Grade: 0-5.5 credits

  • 10th Grade: 6-11.5 credits

  • 11th Grade: 12-17.5 credits

  • 12th Grade: 18 credits and over
