Where do I report on the first day of school?
Look for 1st period rosters posted on the windows around campus prior to the first day of school. Also, 1st period rosters will be posted by the library, mezzanine, and 3rd floor inside the campus to guide you to your 1st period on August 5th.
Where will I get my schedule?
Your first period teacher will give you a copy of your schedule.
When can I see my schedule?
Schedules will be available for students/parents the week of July 29th.
Can I change my schedule?
ONLY for the first 4 days of school, you will need to fill out the online schedule change form. The form will be available from August 5th through August 8th.
Possible reasons why schedule changes may be denied:
The class/course you requested is full/at
capacity.
The class/course you requested
conflicts with another course
requirement.
Proper approval was not gained for your
change request.
You will have a duplicate course/credit on
your transcript (i.e. you already have this
credit or took the course).
You provided an illegitimate reason for the
change request - no teacher changes or
elective changes.
The class/course you requested to be
changed was initially selected on your
pre-selection form.
Other reasons may come up, your counselor will reach out to you with
an explanation for the denial.

When are counselors available for a parent conference?
Counselors will be available for parent conferences at the start of the 3rd week of school. To schedule an appointment, fill out the online parent appointment form. Keep in mind that schedule concerns will be addressed through the schedule change request form.

I think I am in the wrong grade level:
It will be a few weeks. While students may have completed the hours before the LOC deadline, they may not have completed them before the official rollover. It is nobody's fault; it was done earlier than usual based on these extraordinary circumstances. However, when we review credits, counselors will have the opportunity to "promote" students via documentation. Student may also request a copy of transcripts to verify the number of credits matches the grade level.
Student must remain within their given cohort although they may have a surplus of credits. Below is a guide for credits and corresponding grade levels.
9th Grade: 0-5.5 credits
10th Grade: 6-11.5 credits
11th Grade: 12-17.5 credits
12th Grade: 18 credits and over
