All awards assemblies will take place in the Gym. Parking will be on the left side of the campus only. You will be using the gym gate entrance and exit for the ceremonies. As always, please be ready with your ID to check in at the side gate. We look forward to celebrating your child’s school year with you!
Monday, May 20th-
PK(3) am class at 10:00 am
PK(3) pm class at 1:00 pm
PK (4) classes at 1:30 pm
Tuesday, May 21st- Kinder at 1:30 pm
Wednesday, May 22nd- 1st grade at 1:30 pm
Thursday, May 23rd- 2nd grade at 1:30 pm
Friday, May 24th- 3rd grade and PAS Unit at 9:00 am
Tuesday, May 28th- 5th grade at 8:30 am
Wednesday, May 29th- 4th grade at 9:00 am
To ensure safety, only 2 adults per scholar will be allowed to attend the awards ceremony. Please give the names of the TWO adults attending on behalf of your scholar to your child’s teacher. They will be verified at the gate. If you would like to check your scholar out after the awards, please be advised, they will NOT be able to return to get anything in their classroom. You will have the option to check out with their teacher after the ceremony.
