Purpose: to guide the policies and decision-making protocols supported through the Academy’s vision, mission, and goals

Alma Alvarez | Academy Counselor | Guides and counsels students, parents, faculty and staff about the academic and curricular needs, acts as a liaison between academy, campus, district, and IHE personnel in order to ensure the proper courses are implemented for degree and certificate completion. |
Veronica De Avila | Socorro ISD - CTE Facilitator | Acts as liaison between the Academy, campus, CTE district staff to implement programs that support the Academy's mission |
Leslie Goldmann | Socorro ISD Coordinator of Advanced Academics | Acts as liaison between campus and district administration, IHE (EPCC), and TEA in order to ensure ECHS academic and protocol compliance |
Brenda Gonzalez | Socorro ISD - CTE Facilitator | Acts as liaison between business partners, CTE District and campus staff, and the Academy to develop work-based experiences for students |
Denise Guzman | Team Leader - Education | Acts as representative and advocate for the P-TECH Education faculty and students |
April Hall | Team Leader - Marketing | Works to promote Academy recruitment efforts and events to expand publicity efforts |
Cynthia King | Academy Coordinator | Coordinates on campus events, student leadership, mentorship efforts, and academic intervention in order to support student socio-emotional and academic adjustment |
James Kotter | Parent Representative/ Advisory Board President | Represents SYNERGI parents in advocating for and complying with academic programs and decisions that affect student socio-emotional well-being |
Luis Ramirez | Team Leader - Engineering | Acts as representative and advocated for the Engineering faculty and students |
Miguel A. Rivera | Academy Director/ Assistant Principal - Montwood High School | Supports multiple stakeholder groups in an effort to effectively carry out the Academy's mission and vision |
Tabatha Schacht | Team Leader – Biomedical Science | Acts as representative and advocate for the Biomedical faculty and students |
