Registration for Pre-K for 3 and 4 year olds is completed online. Pre-K registration for the 2025-2026 school year opens on April 1, 2025. Parents or legal guardians interested in having their child(ren) attend a Socorro ISD school should visit our Student Enrollment page to begin the registration process on April 1, 2025.

SISD’s early childhood programs provide engaging, hands-on learning to build a solid foundation for students to succeed in their academic journey. The curriculum includes social and emotional development, language development, technology, social studies, math, science and physical development. New pre-k and kindergarten students may also apply for the Dual Language Academy.

3-Year-Old Program: Free half-day classes for eligible students who are 3 years old as of September 01, 2025. Eligibility is based on state requirements. More information on Texas State 3-Year-Old Eligibility.

4-Year-Old Pre-K Program: Free full-day classes will be offered for all students who are 4 years old as of September 01, 2025.
