Employee Wellness Program
Healthy Body Strong Mind was established in 2022 to offer ALL employees of SISD the opportunity to participate in a wellness program.
Fitness, wellness, nutrition, and mindfulness activities are designed to support a wide-range of personal health needs.
We strive to foster interest and encourage employees in making healthy choices with their work and home lives.
